REFUND POLICY — Arctic 8®

We want you to be satisfied with your Arctic 8® purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


1. RETURNS WINDOW

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from stains, odours, or damage
• With original tags and packaging intact
• In resellable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:
• Gift cards  
• Final sale items marked “Final Sale”  
• Custom/personalised items  
• Items bought from third-party retailers  


3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email us at:

info@arctic8official.com

Please include:
• Your full name  
• Order number  
• Item(s) you want to return  
• Reason for return  

If approved, we will send return instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.


4. EXCHANGES

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

If your requested size/colour is unavailable, you may:
• Choose an alternative item, or  
• Receive a refund once the original item is returned and approved.

5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If your refund is approved:
• It will be returned to your original payment method  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)  
• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit  

Refund processing times vary by bank/provider.


6. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately at:

Include:
• Order number  
• Photos of the issue  
• A short description of the problem  

If confirmed as faulty, we will offer either:
• A replacement (subject to availability), or  
• A full refund, including reasonable return postage  


7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after our confirmation:
• Check your bank account  
• Contact your card provider  
• Allow additional processing time

8. PRE-ORDER RETURNS

Pre-orders can be cancelled **before dispatch**.

Once shipped, they fall under the standard returns terms.

If we cannot fulfil your pre-order due to unexpected production issues, we will issue a full refund.


9. ITEMS PURCHASED FROM THIRD PARTIES

We cannot process returns for Arctic 8® items bought through third-party retailers.  
Please contact the retailer directly using their return policy.
