SHIPPING POLICY — Arctic 8®

This Shipping Policy explains how orders from Arctic 8® are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process and dispatch standard orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
For pre-order items, estimated dispatch dates are shown on the product page. These are indicative and may change slightly due to production or logistics delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED TIMES
We currently ship primarily within the United Kingdom. We may use carriers such as:
• Royal Mail
• Evri
• DPD
Estimated delivery times (once dispatched):
• UK standard: typically 2–5 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and chosen shipping method. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be clearly stated on the Site.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. It may take some time for tracking information to update.
5. DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If and when we offer international shipping, delivery times and costs will vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local authorities.
7. MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
• Check the tracking information (if provided)
• Check with neighbours or your local depot
• Contact the carrier directly if needed

We will work with the carrier to investigate. Please note that investigations can take time, and we may need confirmation from the carrier before issuing replacements or refunds.
8. DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:
• Take photos of the packaging and contents
• Contact us at info@arctic8official.com as soon as possible
We will review the case and may arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
9. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately (for example, if an item is on pre-order or fulfilled from a different location). You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments that we initiate.
