For pre-orders, payment may be processed at the time of purchase, with delivery occurring at a later date. Estimated dispatch times will be displayed on the product page.
7. PRE-ORDERS
We may offer products on a pre-order basis. Estimated dispatch dates are guidelines only and may be updated if production or logistics issues arise.
If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you. You may choose to:

• Request a refund
